We currently ship to the entire UK. All orders are shipped using fast and reputable postal services and couriers. Tracking details are provided once order has been despatched. This will allow you to track the status of your order.

A summary of our pricing and shipping services are as follows:

We aim to ship all orders made by 12 noon on the same working day. Any orders made after 12 noon will be shipped on the next working day.

Free shipping on all orders above £50.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@pestbuddy.co.uk. You will then receive details on next steps via email.

You'll be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us, unless we delivered it in error or it is faulty. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you further instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Recommended for use with Rotech Rat Snap Traps or Poison Baits

1. Unlock the Box:
Insert the narrower two-pronged end of the Rotech Unikey (sold separately) into the lock mechanism. Turn the key gently to release the lid and open the box.

2. Prepare the Trap or Bait:
For Snap Traps: Place your rat trap (e.g., Rotech, Gorilla, or T-Rex Rat Snap Trap) in the lock-in holder inside the station. Bait and set the trap securely.

For Poison Bait: Use the compartments provided to place grain bait or install the rod to hang block or pasta bait. Ensure bait is securely positioned to prevent spillage.

3. Position the Box:
Place the box in areas where rats have been seen or are likely to be active. Common locations include along walls, in corners, near entry points, or behind appliances. Optional: Use the built-in wall-mounting option to secure the station in place, especially for outdoor or elevated installations.

4. Lock the Box:
Close the lid securely and lock the station with the Rotech Unikey to prevent unauthorised access.

5. Monitor the Box:
Check the station daily for activity. If using a snap trap, reset and rebait as necessary. For bait, replenish when needed to ensure continued effectiveness.

6. Dispose of Rats:
If a rat has been caught in the snap trap, open the box, carefully remove the trap, dispose of the rodent safely, and reset the trap for reuse.
