We currently ship to the entire UK. All orders are shipped using fast and reputable postal services and couriers. Tracking details are provided once order has been despatched. This will allow you to track the status of your order.

A summary of our pricing and shipping services are as follows:

We aim to ship all orders made by 12 noon on the same working day. Any orders made after 12 noon will be shipped on the next working day.

Free shipping on all orders above £50.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@pestbuddy.co.uk. You will then receive details on next steps via email.

You'll be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us, unless we delivered it in error or it is faulty. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you further instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 10 days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@pestbuddy.co.uk.

1. If a DDVP strip, Moth Wall, mesh bucket or drowning liquid is to be used, place these into the bucket first.

2. Attach the funnel to the bucket by aligning the slots on the funnel with the tabs on the bucket, then twist to lock them together.

3. Attach the lid to the funnel by aligning the four inserts on the lid with the four pegs on the funnel. Push down gently until the lid is fully secured.

4. Remove the cap from the lure cage and place the pheromone dispenser inside. Refasten the cap. (Skip this step if using a hook fitting instead of the cage.)

5. Insert the lure cage through the hole in the top of the lid so it hangs below the lid. If using a hook, insert and click it into place instead.

6. Thread the supplied hanging cord through the two eyelets on the lid and tie securely at both ends.

7. Hang the trap from a support such as a trestle, post, or tree branch, ideally in the area where moth activity is suspected.
