We currently ship to the entire UK. All orders are shipped using fast and reputable postal services and couriers. Tracking details are provided once order has been despatched. This will allow you to track the status of your order.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@pestbuddy.co.uk. You will then receive details on next steps via email.
You'll be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us, unless we delivered it in error or it is faulty.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you further instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1. Open the Checkpoth Moth Pot by removing the lid and funnel.
2. Insert one glue liner into the base of the pot, ensuring it lies flat and secure.
3. Reassemble the funnel and lid according to the trap’s setup instructions.
4. Add or check the pheromone lure if needed.
5. Hang the trap in the target area using the supplied cord.
6. Monitor regularly. Once the liner is full or after 4–6 weeks, remove and safely dispose of it.
7. Replace with a fresh liner as needed to maintain effective moth monitoring.
