We currently ship to the entire UK. All orders are shipped using fast and reputable postal services and couriers. Tracking details are provided once order has been despatched. This will allow you to track the status of your order.

We aim to ship all orders made by 12 noon on the same working day. Any orders made after 12 noon will be shipped on the next working day.

Free shipping on all orders above £50.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@pestbuddy.co.uk. You will then receive details on next steps via email.

You'll be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us, unless we delivered it in error or it is faulty. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you further instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Scoot protects against fox fouling, digging, urinating and scent marking. Scoot works by creating an artificial 'scentmark' within the problem fox's territory that deters the fox from returning to that area in order to avoid potential conflict. Scoot can be used on and around borders, fruit and vegetable crops, lawns, trees, shrubs and hard surfaces.

50g of SCOOT is sufficient to make 9 litres of solution. 9 litres of solution (1 x 50g sachet) is sufficient to treat 16m².

SCOOT must be completely diluted in water and applied using a watering can fitted with a fine rose or with a garden sprayer.

Apply SCOOT under dry conditions and ensure that the spray deposit dries on the area to be protected. If rain occurs before the deposit dries reapplication will be necessary.

Do not mix SCOOT with any other product.

Directions:
Empty 1 sachet of SCOOT into a clean (9 litre) container and add sufficient lukewarm water to completely dissolve the powder.

When the solution is ready, add enough cold water to make:
• a minimum (safe) dilution of 2.5 litres
(*for high concentration spot treatment to prevent fouling),
• or a maximum dilution of 9 litres for a wide area (16m²) application.
• stir thoroughly and apply immediately.
*If being used to reduce fouling it is recommended that contaminated areas are cleaned before applying SCOOT.

Safety instructions:
• keep out of the reach of children
• keep in original container, tightly closed in a safe place
• keep away from food and drink
• store unused sachets in a safe place
• do not store half used sachets
• do not breathe powder dust
• do not empty into drains
• dispose of unused product in its original container at a household waste site
(civic amenity site - contact your local authority for details)
• dispose of empty container in dustbin
• if you feel unwell seek medical advice immediately
• comply with all instructions for use to avoid risk to man and the environment.
