We aim to ship all orders made by 12 noon on the same working day. Any orders made after 12 noon will be shipped on the next working day.

Free shipping on all orders above £50.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@pestbuddy.co.uk. You will then receive details on next steps via email.

You'll be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us, unless we delivered it in error or it is faulty. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you further instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The treatment should be applied to all accessible surfaces for both indoor and outdoor applications. Apply treatment to the surface by brushing on to the area carefully, applying 300ml per square metre. Pay particular attention to areas that have many flight holes.

NOTES: For indoor use: make sure surfaces are clean & dry. After application, ventilate well & leave until fully dry. For outdoor use: make sure surfaces are clean & dry, do not apply in wind or if rain is likely within 24/48 hours. Once surfaces are fully dry they can be overpainted, stained or varnished.

In both cases we recommend you test a small hidden area rst due to darkening or staining. We recommend an exclusion period of 48 hours, or until all treated surfaces are dry, before you enter the room or touch/move treated surfaces. We advise you wear a mask when using this product. Read all precautions & cautions before use.
