Mice tend to travel along walls, so traps work best placed against skirting boards, behind appliances and inside kitchen units. Bait with a pea-sized amount of PestBuddy Attractant or peanut butter, then check traps daily. In homes with children or pets, or for outdoor use, fit the trap inside a lockable mouse bait station. Trapping is more effective when combined with proofing, because sealing gaps around pipes and under doors limits new entry points.

We currently ship to the entire UK. All orders are shipped using fast and reputable postal services and couriers. Tracking details are provided once order has been despatched. This will allow you to track the status of your order.

We aim to ship all orders made by 12 noon on the same working day. Any orders made after 12 noon will be shipped on the next working day.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@pestbuddy.co.uk. You will then receive details on next steps via email.

You'll be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us, unless we delivered it in error or it is faulty. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you further instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1. With the trap unset, apply a small amount of bait to the bait well. PestBuddy Rodent Attractant Gel works best, but peanut butter or chocolate also work well.

2. Position the trap perpendicular to the wall, fence or other solid surface where you've noticed activity, with the trigger end facing it. Place inside a lockable bait station — especially outdoors or where children or pets are present.

3. Pull back the spring bar firmly until it clicks into place. Keep fingers clear of the trigger plate.

4. Check the trap daily. Once a mouse is caught, grip from the rear and press the release to open the spring bar. Dispose of the mouse in a sealed bag in your general waste. Clean the trap with warm soapy water or an antibacterial wipe before rebaiting.

For best results: Deploy traps every 0.5 to 1 metre in hotspot areas — a single trap is rarely enough. Always wear disposable gloves.
