We currently ship to the entire UK. All orders are shipped using fast and reputable postal services and couriers. Tracking details are provided once order has been despatched. This will allow you to track the status of your order.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You'll be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us, unless we delivered it in error or it is faulty. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you further instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Indoors: place the bait station on a flat surface near ant nests, or on paths that ants use to enter the room. Then activate. Use 1–2 bait stations per room, 1 bait station per 8m² maximum. To Activate: Remove the transparent central protective lid and activate the bait station by pressing firmly down on the capsule until you hear first a click, then a swoosh sound from the bait station. Then replace the cover lid. Do not move bait station once placed. Always keep the product away from sunlight or heat sources. This product should not be reused or recycled. Do not use ant killer sprays when using an ant bait.
