Insecticide Powders & Dusts

Powders and dusts are ideal for treating crawling insects in hard-to-reach places — like cracks, crevices and voids where sprays can’t easily reach. Depending on the product, they can offer quick control and/or residual protection on treated areas when left in place and used as directed.

Apply a light, targeted layer to the places insects travel and hide, such as:

• Skirting edges, corners and under units
• Entry points (gaps around pipes, cracks, thresholds)
• Harbourage areas (voids, behind kickboards, around cupboards)

Avoid over-applying — a thin dusting is usually more effective than piling it up.

Powders and dusts can keep working as long as they remain in place. Moisture, heavy cleaning, or disturbance can reduce performance, so reapply if the treated layer has been removed or contaminated. Always follow the label guidance, wash hands after use, and keep children and pets away from treated areas until safe/secure as instructed.
