PestBuddy Easy-to-Set Mouse Trap and Compact Lockable Trap Box

We currently ship to the entire UK. All orders are shipped using fast and reputable postal services and couriers. Tracking details are provided once order has been despatched. This will allow you to track the status of your order.

A summary of our pricing and shipping services are as follows:

We aim to ship all orders made by 12 noon on the same working day. Any orders made after 12 noon will be shipped on the next working day.

Free shipping on all orders above £50. 

If you have any questions (e.g. delivery status, missing items) regarding your order, then please contact us at contact@pestbuddy.co.uk.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@pestbuddy.co.uk. You will then receive details on next steps via email.

You'll be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us, unless we delivered it in error or it is faulty. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you further instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1. Unlock the Box
Use the universal key to open the lid.

2. Bait the Trap
Apply your chosen attractant (e.g., PestBuddy Attractant or peanut butter) to the bait cup on the pre-installed trap.

3. Close the Lid
Firmly close the box—no key needed. The lid will lock automatically.

4. Set the Trap
Pull the attached cable tie through the slot in the box to safely set the trap without opening it.

5. Place the Station
Position the unit flush against walls or in areas with signs of mouse activity such as droppings or gnaw marks.

6. Check & Dispose
Check the station daily. If a mouse is caught, pull the cable tie over a bin to release the trap and dispose of the rodent—completely hands-free. Use the universal key to unlock and reset as needed.
