We aim to ship all orders made by 12 noon on the same working day. Any orders made after 12 noon will be shipped on the next working day.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@pestbuddy.co.uk. You will then receive details on next steps via email.

You'll be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us, unless we delivered it in error or it is faulty. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you further instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
FOR USE ONLY AS AN AMATEUR SLUG AND SNAIL
KILLER

WHEN TO USE:
At the first sign of plant damage, use as directed during late
evening or early morning in mild damp conditions when slugs
are most active.

WHERE TO USE:
For use on bare soil, around seedlings and young plants
including salad crops such as lettuce, cauliflower, cabbage,
Kale, Brussels sprouts, ornamental and flowering plants. Can
be used to reduce damage to fruiting strawberries. May also
reduce damage caused by the garden snail in leafy
vegetables.

HOW TO USE:
Use 3.8g of product per square metre which is approximately
178 pellets. Scatter evenly onto moist bare soil around the
young plants/fruiting strawberries to be protected. Take care to
avoid pellets becoming trapped in leaves. DO NOT place in
heaps. If slugs continue to cause damage a repeat treatment
may be necessary up to a maximum of 4 per crop. Allow a
minimum of 7 days between applications.

Doff® Slug & Snail Killer must not be applied near water.
