We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You'll be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us, unless we delivered it in error or it is faulty. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you further instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Rentokil Bed Bug Killer Traps are ready to use sticky traps to monitor the presence of bed bugs in the home. They can be used continually as an early warning of bed bug and other infestations.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

1. Remove the plastic detector and one glue board from the box.

2. Open the plastic detector by pushing the safety tab and lifting up the lid.

3. Remove the backing paper from the glue board and insert the glue board carefully inside the recess in the base of the detector with the sticky surface facing upwards; ensure there is a snug fit inside the recess.

4. Close the lid carefully, this secures the glue board in place. Position the trap as per instructions below.

WHERE TO USE: For best results, position the trap under mattresses, behind bed heads, at wall-floor junctions or behind bedroom furniture - all locations where bed bugs can hide. This trap will also catch crawling insects, spiders, clothes/carpet moths. We recommend you replace the trap every few months to ensure maximum effectiveness.

HOW IT WORKS: Bed bugs like hiding in cracks and crevices. This trap, as used by professionals, creates a harbourage for them which they like to hide inside. On crawling in, they are caught on the special glue surface where they can be identified.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU DISCOVER BED BUGS?: Bed bugs are very hard to control. You can use products to kill them but many don't work effectively, so we recommend talking to a Rentokil pest controller for advice.

PRECAUTIONS: READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE. Keep out of the reach of children. Although this product is non-toxic, we advise that it is placed sensibly out of the reach of children and pets.

DISPOSAL: This trap contains no insecticides, therefore used glue boards can be wrapped in newspaper and disposed of in normal household waste. Used plastic monitors can be recycled.
