We currently ship to the entire UK. All orders are shipped using fast and reputable postal services and couriers. Tracking details are provided once order has been despatched. This will allow you to track the status of your order.

We aim to ship all orders made by 12 noon on the same working day. Any orders made after 12 noon will be shipped on the next working day.

Free shipping on all orders above £50.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@pestbuddy.co.uk. You will then receive details on next steps via email.

You'll be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us, unless we delivered it in error or it is faulty. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you further instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Rotech® DrainGuards are designed to prevent rats from travelling through drains and consequently getting in to homes and other properties. DrainGuards are quick and simple to install. They allow rats to pass freely downstream, but protect property by preventing their movement upstream. By installing a DrainGuard into the drain outlet all up stream branches are protected.

Installation Instructions (Outlet Drain):
Remove manhole cover and flush toilet to determine the direction of flow. If the drain is out of reach, use the optional mounting pole (sold separately).

Lower the DrainGuard in to position and insert in to the outlet drain and ensuring it fits securely (you can adjust fit by compressing or expanding the walls of the DrainGuard.)

With the DrainGuard in place, ensure the flap moves freely. Test the DrainGuard by flushing the toilet 3 times with toilet paper to ensure paper and water pass the drainguard.
