We currently ship to the entire UK. All orders are shipped using fast and reputable postal services and couriers. Tracking details are provided once order has been despatched. This will allow you to track the status of your order.

A summary of our pricing and shipping services are as follows:

We aim to ship all orders made by 12 noon on the same working day. Any orders made after 12 noon will be shipped on the next working day.

Free shipping on all orders above £50.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@pestbuddy.co.uk. You will then receive details on next steps via email.

You'll be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us, unless we delivered it in error or it is faulty. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you further instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 10 days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@pestbuddy.co.uk.

1. To open the box, place the square end of the universal key into the square hole in the top of the box near the edge, turn the key to hold the locking mechanism open and pull upward to open the lid.
2. With the trap unset, place your desired bait onto the trap plate. We recommend Rotech Rat & Mouse Attractant, but you can also use peanut butter or a sugary substance like chocolate.
3. Close the box and pull the cord to set the trap.
4. Place the box in an area where mice have been seen to be active. Typically, along a skirting board or under a kitchen cabinet.
5. To disarm, open the box carefully, press and hold down the trap's spring bar and press the trigger plate back to its original place.
6. Check the trap daily. The indicator slot in the top of the box will show if the trap has not yet been triggered.
